Regarding needs in Malaysia, or specifically Johor Bahru, you are better off looking at the country-specific forums here forums.eslcafe.com/job/viewforum.php?f=31
Training. Malaysia tends to be reasonably developed, so CELTA would probably be best; certainly better than something online.
