Well first off I'd suggest looking for work in the local language schools, Uni ESOL faculties or Community Education centres; something to do and to help you get used to a different environment while you figure out the next step.
A DipTESOL is often a useful, more classroom-based, step towards an MA TESOL, but each Dip and MA is slightly different (and not all MA TESOLs accept a Dip as part-credit), so both are a possibility, but it would be wise to do research locally first, and see what the management at those place I mentioned in the first sentence suggest/want.
