Hi there! I need advice badly! I live in Russia and I'm a tertiary ESL teacher with a university diploma recognized as a B.Ed in most countries overseas. I've been teaching university students for 5 years so far and in the foreseeable future I'm planning to move house to Toronto, Canada. And here's the problem...by this time I will have already had a CELTA from Oxford, my Russian university degree, my experience...but what am I supposed to do there in Canada? What should be the next step: TESOL Diploma or MA in TESOL? I want to keep on teaching adults rather than elementary students, so what would you recommend? Many thanks in advance!
