There are several reputable British MA TESL/TEFL or Applied Linguistics programmes which can be done mostly by distance with an on-site component, though that on-site component will probably be more than two weeks.
Check out University of Birmingham, Leicester, and Surry and/or Edinburgh. I may have omitted one....
Also keep in mind that the better jobs in the ME often require one to have taught two years AFTER the MA is granted, preferably with students from the ME. Experience in China or other Asian countries won't be a strong plus on your CV/resume.
