While both Trinity and CELTA are notionally designed for people with little or no experience, this does not mean that they are not suitable for experienced teachers. As I trainer, I see 40 - 50 per cent of trainees coming to the course with experience; some with extensive experience. It depends on why you want to train.
Both Trinity and CELTA are very practical courses that are aimed at providing you with an awareness of basic teaching techniques for communicative language teaching. However, what are considered basic techniques are often not intuitive as I can testify to as a language learner learning a language from scratch at a UK university from teachers with no training!
There is usually a lot for experienced teachers to learn as well as for new teachers. If you take the course with an open mind and a willingness to learn you should find it a very rewarding and beneficial experience.
All the best
