Experience or TEFL Certificate?

I've been teaching nearly full-time business English for over 3 years in Germany without a TEFL certificate. I do have a B.A. in a non-related field, but I'm interested in gaining some relevant training and certificate in English training. Originally, I was looking at CELTA or Trinity, but it looks mostly for inexperienced teachers/trainers. I want something more advanced, but also internationally recongnized, particularly in the U.S. where I come from. Of course there's an M.A. at a university, which is likely very expensive, but does anyone have another suggestion?
