hello to everybody
i am a native Spanish speaker living in QLd for nearly a year and looking in to studying a bachelor of education to become an ESOL teacher? anyone able to inform me of the possibilities for a foreigner in Australia to teach ESOL? i have got a feeling i would not be considered as my native language is not English?
i have got a high level of english as i led and worked in the uk for 9 years.
People on the web have told me i would not be able to teach in Australia ESOL as i am not a native english speaker
I would appreciate your thoughts on this one.

Kind regards

Inma cubel
