Many places like young fresh faces for marketing, but there are plenty of career changers or retired teachers teaching in Asia, and age often adds a certain appearance of respectability, etc..

There are rules in some jurisdictions on maximum age for teachign visas; best to check the country-specific forums on eslcafe for more info.
But usually tha age is round 60/65, so you're ok for a while...
