It's actually a misconception that you need a degree for the Czech Republic; misinformation. If you check the appropriate (official) government departments then you will see that a degree IS needed to teach at state schools but for private language schools and preschools it ISN'T.

A Zivnostensky List is definitely recommended if you plan on staying here for more than a year but doesn't really merit the investment (both time, money and hassle) for the more typical shorter stays.

Language Schools do technically need to advertise available teaching positions in advance and the online portal is located on the portal.mpsv.cz/sz/zahr_zam/prociz/vmciz/ government site.

Each job offer lists the highest qualification required for the job (correlates with above info I have provided).
