Get a CELTA and employers probably won't care about the nature of your Bachelor degree. Experienced EAL teachers with Masters in EAP/EAL and PhD's often get rejected for jobs because they don't have a CELTA. I've met teachers with CELTA and trivial unaccredited distance religious degrees getting EAL jobs in China.
