A few ideas:

a) find out who their personal tutors are and what qualifications they have
b) check over the syllabus for the course and make sure it's up to date and relevant
c) search online to see what others have said about the course
d) look at the review sites for tefl courses
e) compare it to the ICAL TEFL course! :)
