Any of them will get you a job in a country where online certs are accepted. None of them will get you a job in a country where they aren't. Check out the country-specific forums on Dave's Job Discussion board to see if online will be accepted in the country(ies) where you want to go.
Onsite, 120 hours, including supervised teaching with actual students (not peer trainees) is the gold standard accepted everywhere as a solid entry-level certification.
