By 'program' do you mean a teacher training program?

There are those, but they'll likely take money off you or arrange an unpaid job, when there are plenty of direct hires going on through adverts on sites such as eslcafe and tefl , etc

Quick query; What passport do you have? That sometimes influences where you can easily get work visas.
