I am from the USA and currently going to be graduating from a two-year college and transferring to a four-year school in the fall. I know i want to go overseas and teach English in South Korea as soon as get degree. I have been trying to figure out best plan for certification. Would it be better to get degree of TESOL, or different degree and then get CELTA certification? both? or something completely different? Looking for what is most accepted and accredited in South Korea.
More Info : I am unsure how long will stay overseas teaching before coming back and am not sure of what would like to end up doing when back in the states, i would not necessarily be teaching when back.Any help or tips are greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
