CELTA is a very well recognised course delivered at many centres around the world and moderated (with certificates issued) by Cambridge uni ESOL in the UK; the courses should all be very similar, though the personalities of the trainers will influence things.
IH is a well-known school, with branches/franchises around the world.
Overall, it shoull be a good, well-recognised and well-run course; I'm not sire what else you might want to look for.
