Study a CELTA at International house in Mexico??

I am planning to study the CELTA with a view to teaching soon after in central/south america.
I have found a school called International House which offers the course, but i just wanted to find out if this is a good course to do or is there something in Central/ south america that would be better as i am flexible as to where i am as long as its a good quality course??
Any advice appreciated.
