I am interested in teaching English overseas after retiring from my current position. I will have completed 30 years of public school teaching in music at that time. I have a BMusEd, but not a gen ed degree. I am not necessarily interested in university or other higher education positions. My interest would most likely be working with younger students (through early teens?). I also am interested in the possibility of a few years each in some different parts of the world. With all that, which program might best serve my needs?

By 'program,' do you mean some type of TESOL cert program for teaching children? Regardless, I suggest you post your questions including which countries you're interested in the newbie section of the jobs discussion forum on this site. You'll get more responses from those teaching around the globe.
Frankly, you might do better finding a position teaching music in an international school because you already have a teaching license. (Try teachaway.com.) And if you're a US citizen, there's the DoDEA for overseas jobs.
