You are absolutely right. I can't speak for every trainer on the planet, but I can speak for the ones I have seen. I watched them tear apart a teacher with a PhD when I was doing my course. She was a great teacher and had even published some really cool books. The young trainers were so intimidated it was ridiculous, and they took it out on her every chance they got.
