This place is a scam!! They take your money and provide a poor service. Unhelpful staff,inadequate resources, bad advice,a lecture approach to teaching, blatant infringement of copright and a pathetic pass rate. I almost began legal action against them since I have never experienced such blatantly bad teaching in my life. How can students pass the course work and then almost all fail the external assessments? IH blame this on Cambridge examiner standards but the same examiner seems to pass British Council Delta students. I have zero confidence in their abilities to help students pass a DELTA course and hope this message can save other people from wasting both time and money with them.
