You can take them online and study in your own time or in-house and spend time in the classroom. The bottom line is where you want to teach. Most jobs are after a degree (which you have) and a certificate and most employers don't really care that much which certificate you have. A good certificate will teach you more about TEFL and a lot can be learned by yourself. I don't believe you can post links here to sites where there is loads of useful information about getting your certificate but if you hunt around you can find them.
There is a lot of mis-information spouted though. You need to ask yourself where you want to teach and what kind of job you want. That will determine to a greater or lesser extent the kind of certificate you want.
