Online TEFL or onsite?

Hello,
I have been researching on different TESOL certificates, I have narrowed it down to the American TESOL Institute (online - 3 certificate package - for children, business, and general)or Oxford Seminar (onsite). Has anyone taken either one, or see which one is more helpful in getting a job in the Korean or Chinese market?
