A in-house trainer/PD provider?
Working for a weekend/online tefl training place?
Training on CELTA/TrinityCert courses?
They all have different requirements.
CELTA has a few centres which are authorised to train new trainers, and Cambridge has a curriculum to follow - it would be a good idea to ask your nearest couple of CELTA centres what they know about that.
Same for trinity, though they are slightly less strict...
Generally, either will want you to have at least a DELTA/Trinity DipTESOL.Other places... probably at least a Dip as well.
