In general you'll need a BA degree and a TEFL/TESOL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certificate to get a visa and work abroad teaching English in those countries.
However, you can sometimes find work without a degree in these countries:
* Argentina
* Colombia
* the Czech Republic‏‎ (although you will need a passport‏‎ from an EU‏‎ state to teach here)
* Ecuador
* Indonesia
* Mongolia
* RussiaThere is also work available in many countries where the demand is so high schools are willing to overlook the need for a degree, notably China.
