Celta- Ho Chi Minh or Chiang Mai

Greetings!

I'm planning on taking the CELTA course this January. Debating between Ho Chi Minh in Vietnam or Chiang Mai in Thailand. Any thoughts???? The deal in Thailand is slightly more expensive, but seems really nice. Has anyone done the CELTA there??
