I'm teaching in Korea, and I know you cannot get an E-2 work visa without a college degree. It is possible to get a 3 month tourist visa and continually renew it, but it's a hassle and costly (going to Japan to renew). There are other visas attainable, but it wouldn't be completely legal to be a full time teacher with the wrong visa. People do it, but ill-advised. Not sure about the other countries you mentioned.
