I went with Ontesol. I started with the 100-hour course, then upgraded to the 250-hour Diploma one year later. You can start with the 250-hour Diploma if you want a good qualification to teach abroad and in Canada. It's an excellent program and TESL Canada recognizes it if you complete the teaching practice module.
