You can do CELTA at many places, see here
cambridgeesol-centres.org/centres/teaching/index.do
But they a;; have different costs; you also need to feed and accommodate yourself for the month (or pay a higher fee to the centre so they do that), and be aware that you'll really have NO time to see the local area while on the course; maybe go a week early and/or after the course for that.
