You'd do best to ask a few local schools what they want you to have.
The usual advice is that online courses rarely included supervised, assessed teaching practice to show that you ca n not only read about and do assignment on TESOL, etc, but can also actually practice it.
Can the classroom work you are doing now replace that? Again, ask local schools if they'd accept that, though I suspect many will want to know who is monitoring/assessing you in the classroom...
