If your only intent in the TEFL world is to tutor and only interested in a certificate, the most widely known and acceptable is the CELTA.

However, if you are seriously interested in pursuing a TEFL education for career teaching purposes, you may want to look beyond just a short term certificate.

You certainly have a great deal of valuable TEFL tutoring experience. That coupled with TEFL education beyond the certificate level will bode well for your teaching and tutoring TEFL career.

I don't think anyone on this site disparages on- line certificate teaching training. A reputable certificate can be a starting point for someone becoming acquainted with second language teaching, but will not help you much for further advancement in the teaching field or for pay purposes.
