Well it often takes at least a day for posts to appear on this forum...

Just three students in the class? So you can't even put them in groups of similar level and differentiate the teaching?

The beginner makes it hard.

You may have to go with a topic (unless they want grammar),and start easy, with extending activities for the higher levels, working with each in turn.

Also try googleing 'teaching multi-level'

The students might complain that they are not all getting 'the full hour of teaching'....well, they are paying for a shared class, sharing the teacher's attention; If they want a full hour just for them, pay for a 1-to-1 class....(this issue could be reduced by having students teach each other, or explain things to each other).
