As an experienced teacher lack of a practicum in an MA shouldn't hurt you - most reputable programs require a minimum 2-3 yrs of successful classroom experience for admission.
Although I'm sure cost has increased, I found MATESOL through Manchester to be an excellent distance program (not 'online' which to me implies an online only course, whereas the same Manchester courses are also offered f2f.) There are other excellent programs as well, but that's the only one I can recommend from personal experience.
