It depends where you want to teach.
In Asia/S. America, usually you need 'a bachelors degree', in anything. But any ESL training will be useful to you for doing a better jobs and for finding better jobs.

If you want to work in the States, Australia, (or UK and Western Europe if you have a work visa/EU passport), then you;d need something or like a 4-week course - CELTA or Trinity.
