In Response To: Obtaining a TESOL Certificate. (Margo)

You may want to investigate a state University in Florida nearby where you live. A certificate received from your state university would carry more credibility than a piece of paper provided by some "school" you have very little confidence in.

You even state that you have not been able to find any "reviews" about this so called "school" and the person you contact lacks knowledge.

How is a prospective employer abroad suppose to evaluate such a certificate when the person recommending it cannot answer your questions?

You may want to investigate the CELTA certificate which is definitely recognized globally and is credible. In SW Florida, CELTA must have some exposure either at a community college or university.
