Thank you for your responses. I agree that perhaps teaching with a local private institution would give me, not only experience, but build up a clientele that I would have for my home-based business with the hope that they will accept my own "printed out" certificates. I also was told of the University of Cambridge's "Pingu English" which will satisfy this; however, they have yet to respond to me. I will check out the urls posted here and see also what I can come up with. Thank you both for your comments/replies.
