Student Certificates

I have posted two previous questions and got excellent feedback. Thank you for that. Now I have another question. I have not yet started to teach--waiting to obtain TESL certification. In the country I am living and eventually want to teach in (from home), I understand that parents/students want an "official" certificate saying they have taken and/or completed a certain proficiency level in English. Are there any programs I can use to teach where my students will receive, after the course, such an "official" certificate? Of course, I can print something up but until, and unless, I open my own business, I do not think this printout is official enough. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you in advance.
