Doesn't every prospective job applicant want to "...find a decent teaching job now".
Teaching EFL is a very competitive particularly those searching for a full time teaching position with benefits.
Earning a TEFL on line is not going to give you the opportunity for a "decent" teaching job any more than earning your BS on line will give you a "decent" business position.
If you want to teach in VN (I assume you mean Vietnam??) TEFL employers expect TEFL experience and suitable credible academic qualifications. You may want to go to Dave's International Job Board and research what job qualifications Vietnam employers seek.
Or, take a chance, apply with what you have, and see what happens.
