Legal work teaching in Europe for a foreigner is not possible unless the prospective teacher is an EU citizen, that is, has a legitimate passport from a European country. Parental heritage will allow this to occur in some countries.
If you are looking for work in Europe - this is a scam - working illegally, sure you can find something.
South America is your best bet. If you are a qualified teacher with a degree or some sort of EFL certification and EFL teaching experience, you should be able to find suitable employement.
However, in some countries the rate of pay is minimal. If you obtain a full time teaching position you should be able to live but certainly not save enough to pay off debts, if any, in Canada.
You may also want to consider Central America such as Costa Rica.
