Getting a working visa for Korea, and other places

Hi, new to the forum.
I need to know if you can get a working visa in Korea on any Degree so long as its 4 years?..
I ask because I am thinking of going back to University, but to study in China to finish getting my Degree, im mostly looking at international Uni's tbh..
However it is fair to ask if a Degree from a Chinese University would be acceptable as a Westerner to get a working visa for any potential TEFL jobs I may try in the future..
Does it have to be a Western Degree?
Again im new here so go easy, and thanks in advance.
