I also saw this deal on Groupon this morning and looked up all three of the logos posted on their site to verify their accreditation: ELTS, ACTDEC, and IATEFL. I couldn't find a site for ELTS, which I think may be a cut-off of the IELTS logo. I found the other two sites, but could not find TESOLS Preparatory Academy anyway on any of their affiliate lists. I sent emails to both of the organizations. ACTDEC sent me a short response:
"I can confirm that they are an applicant member, i.e. not yet accredited," from the secretary, Airi Winn-Smith. I received a very detailed response from IATEFL notifying me that they can not and do not accredit organizations and do not recommend using any online program that is not qualified. They provided a list of websites where I can find internationally accredited organizations and recommended taking a CELTA or TESOL course run by either Trinity or UCLES. These are Internationally recognised and will enable you to teach anywhere in the world.
Hope this info helps!
