It sounds like you are being pressured to part with your money asap. If this certificate course is such a "good deal" why is it such a good deal now? It sounds like before "now" it may not have been such a good deal?
You may want to ask yourself, or anyone else willing to part with their money asap, this question.
Seriously, TESOL (Teaching English to Students of Other Languages) is a serious activity that requires considerable thought before committing resources in terms of time and money.
No one seriously considering a career in teaching decides under pressure to make a commitment without spending considerable time researching all available options.
What happens if you take more than the time you indicate to make a wise decision? Will the "good deal" have expired?
Sounds like a dubious deal to me.
