From their website, it seems the course is online. Online courses are accepted in some parts of the world - and in some not.
I suggest you move over to Dave's Job Discussion forum where there are country-specific forums and post your question about the course in the country forums where you are interested in working, so that someone can tell you if an online course will be sufficient wherever it is you want to go.
