Frankly, you need to figure this out on your own. If you're unable to confidently plan a demo lesson, then how are you going to manage daily lessons? Moreover, the potential employer needs to see your true teaching abilities, which is the purpose of the demo.

If you plan on staying in TEFL for the long haul, you should seriously consider completing a CELTA or equivalent, 120-hour onsite TEFL cert.
