It is usually not 100 hours of teaching - it is usually 20 hours of teaching and 100+ hours total on the course.
You can try the ICELT run by Cambridge ESOL.
Otherwise, no, you need the full course to get the cert, and you can go into it with relevant experience and knowledge that will hopefully make it easier for you; not having a shock when you first stand in front of a class' or come across some language point to teach tomorrow that you don’t know yet....
