Already have experience - where to get a TEFL?

I have experience teaching abroad already, but would like to get a certificate to bump up my resume. It seems all the courses are designed for new teachers. Is there somewhere online I can just take a test for the cert, or a course that doesn't include the 100+ hours of teaching practice?
