'Disgruntled' is most definitely a strong or serious adjective.
The EnglishDroid website is huge and Dot does not suggest which part to read, and which part suggest and 'awful truth', or in which country she is referring to.
She really does seem to have had negative experiences yet doe not elaborate, simply denigrating an entire field of work and well-known qualification.
