Actually, a CELTA would qualify you for all those options you seek. You might want to supplement it with a CELTA Young Learners extension.

Here are higher level things you can do (DELTA, Masters in TESOL, etc, but they are worth it if you want to teach in universities or have a full career in ES, management, teacher training, etc.

Funding, sorry don’t know; ask the providers or the OzStudy people.

CELTAs are moderated o they are all very similar and all meet minimum requirements (which are quite high and set by Cambridge). But you can do it in many places (if you can accommodate and feed yourself for the month).
