Assuming you mean Bachelor of something (Fine Arts?), then you are already qualified enough for China. However, if you want to feel more competent in the role, and have a slight head above the rest in applications, then any teacher training is good. 50 hours is better than nothing.
But there are many more, better qualifications.

Not too late, plenty of jobs on this website, and tefl.com .
