On one hand, your MA is well above a CELTA, and is also above or 'bigger than' a DELTA (I say 'bigger than', as many NA TESOL programmes accept a DELTA as part-credit; therefore it is the same level, but not ' as big').
On the other hand, many MA programmes, though not all, have no practical classroom teaching element in them, and so many schools wonder if your MA actually represents an ability to teach, to DO the job, or whether you simply 'now the theory'.
