MA TESOL vs CELTA / DELTA

I have my MA TESOL and am currently looking for jobs in Japan. A ton of listings, though, seem to require CELTA/DELTA certification. Does my MA TESOL cover this? I really hope I don't have to spend another fortune on yet another training program!
