CACTUS offers a CELTA, which should be standard; it's externally monitored. Neither of the centres you mention can get work permits for non-EU citizens to teach in Spain or the rest of Western Europe - the only negatives I've heard about either course provider were from disappointed North Americans who hadn't realised that they couldn't work legally in the EU after the course.
